University of Copenhagen’s Faculty of Life Sciences was founded in 1856 and has a long tradition for research and education in bio-, agricultural and veterinary sciences. 3,500 students are enrolled on campus – 400 of which are Ph.D. students.
The Faculty of Life Sciences offers 16 MSc degree programmes, eight of which are taught in English. All of the programmes combine research-based education with a practical dimension setting theoretical problems in a real-life context. The campus is one of the oldest and most beautiful in Denmark with a unique study environment that offers students many social activities and a unique sense of community.
